If you like series where you can get to know what drives each character as well as have a great mystery to solve than this is the series for you.
What a great book for the continuation of City Sifters.
The Den books take you on a journey with the bears and there finding their mates as well as the continuing story that started it all with the Lion Pride books 1-7
This was a rough one. I am sick of the rogue alpha and it's time for him to go. He has a genie working for him, oh boy this was crazy good. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. I thought about Nick being a mate for Lacey, I don't know why but it crossed my mind a couple of times reading this book. Loved them all.
Wow all I can say that . This book is crazy it's also romantic , it has action , love .. if you enjoyed the first two you will enjoy this one . I did , reading this made me feel like I was part of a family . I laughed at some parts of the book I can't wait till the next one
Remember Nick? The good guy in the Bad Creek pack? This beta has managed to help the mates of the Lions and the Bears, so it's natural that when his sister needs help the City Shifters rally around her. Kara only wants to free Nick. She is human and has no idea that Owen is her mate and will literally die to give her her heart's desire. Only trouble is Kaiser is not about to let Owen die quite that easily.
As an author as well as a reader, I recognized how much research went into this book and I appreciate the intensity of that work and how it formed this book.
I gave it 4 instead of the usual 5 fort his author because some times I felt like I didn't get to know the characters as much as I would have liked. There were some unresolved secrets between the mates that I would have liked to see come into the open. Otherwise, great book. Great story. Great continuation of the series plot.
Holy cow Owen went through hell. No wonder he wasn't ok. I am so happy to read his story. His mate is strong and continues to fight for him. I don't think he will have an problems wanting to live anymore, lol. Sounds like pups/cubs will be announced soon. A really strong fertility drug... they might have triplets or more. Poor Nat sounds uncomfortable. I hope she lets Logan change her soon!! I look forward to Nick and Lacey's story. I imagine it will be really interesting!! Highly recommend this author! Layla Nash is fantastic! This series holds my heart =) !!!!
